Coaching Contract with Human Communications Centre

I (the client) am committed to creating a powerful coaching alliance with the Human Communications Centre Coach (hereafter HCC coach) that will support me in reaching my goals and living the life I want. The HCC coach agrees to hold all content of our sessions completely confidential, though the fact that the HCC coach is my coach will not be considered to be privileged information.

I agree to weekly coaching for a minimum of three months.

I agree to work with the HCC coach to shape the coaching relationship to best meet my needs by:

•  Sharing what I know about my own motivation, my values and what is important to me
•  Co-designing structures that will support me
•  Asking for changes when a strategy doesn’t fit for me

I give the HCC coach permission to:

•  Challenge me with powerful questions and comments
•  Request that I take action when I have identified something that is important to me
•  Hold me accountable for actions that I commit to

I agree to the following arrangement:

•  An initial fee of £600 covering ½ hour weekly coaching session for 3 months - by phone.
•  Subsequent coaching is paid monthly/quarterly in advance (£200/month, £600/quarter).
•  Whenever requested by the client and/or recommended by the HCC coach, separate arrangements can be made for additional sessions charged at an hourly fee of £100.

Calls are paid by the coaching client and will usually be to a telephone number in Europe - either +44(0)8453452819 (UK) or +386-40730410 (Slovenia).

All fees are paid in advance at the beginning of a month/quarter.

I agree to the following scheduling arrangements:

•  If I am late for an appointment, my time will be shortened accordingly
•  I will re-schedule any appointment minimum 24 hours in advance
•  After two no-shows without re-scheduling, my call time can be re-assigned to another client

•  I will give one month notice, when I want to stop coaching
•  The final call at the conclusion of our coaching alliance will be a completion call
